Very IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS

Dear Parents/Guardians, Kindly read the following message carefully for acknowledgment: Regarding the recent developments referenced in certain media publications, Delhi Public School Shikohabad wishes to clarify that it had entered into a permanent Joint Venture Agreement dated 05.11.2015 with The Delhi Public School Society. Subsequently, after a long-standing association, some disputes were there with DPS SOCIETY. The Trust believes that the said notice is not in accordance with the agreed terms and has therefore approached the Hon’ble Delhi Courts. The matter is currently under consideration in Arb. Pet. No. 459 of 2026 and OMP (I) (Comm.) 54 of 2026. We would like to reassure all parents that the matter is sub judice, and the Trust remains committed to ensuring continuity, stability, and the best interests of the students. We will continue to abide by all directions issued by the Hon’ble Court. We appreciate your continued trust and support.
